By accessing or using Wee Panda, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Wee Panda is a language learning platform that helps users practice Chinese through sentence-building exercises. We offer free access to HSK 1 content and paid access to HSK 2-6 content via gem purchases or subscriptions.
You may use HSK 1 without an account. To unlock higher levels, you must create an account using Google or email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Gem purchases are non-refundable. HSK level unlocks are permanent and tied to your account. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use automated tools to scrape content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
All content, including lessons, audio, and interface design, is owned by Wee Panda. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Wee Panda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Wee Panda after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
